 Baked pasta (cheese and ham) Recipe


Ingredients


300 g pasta (penne)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 egg

200 ml cream

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

4 slices of ham

150 g cheese (grated)





Preparation

Step 1 - Cook the pasta in boiling water for the time indicated on the package. Drain and add the olive oil. Mix. Set aside.

Step 2 - Cut the ham into cubes. Place it in a bowl with the egg and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add 100 g grated cheese.

Step 3 - Finally, add the pasta and mix. Pour into the greased baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Step 4 - Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes (or until golden brown)

Step 5 - It's ready!
