Vegetables Gratin with Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients
3 small carrots
1 large potato
200 g of broccoli
1 small yellow pepper
1 small orange pepper
4 large mushrooms
1 packet of béchamel sauce
oregano to taste
parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
Cut the carrot into strips, cut the potato into pieces and the broccoli, and pre-cook without letting it cook completely.
Remove the vegetables as you think they are ready. Cut the pepper into strips and the mushrooms into quarters.
Step 3 - In a baking dish, place some of the vegetables as you see in the photo, cover with a little béchamel and a little parmesan. Repeat the vegetables again, cover with béchamel, sprinkle with plenty of Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
If you prefer, you can add the béchamel only at the end. Enjoy!
