Vegetable soup with white cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 white cabbage
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 carrots
3 potatoes
1 stock cube
salt
pepper
olive oil
Preparation
Step 1 - Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.
Step 2 - Before the onion starts to colour, add the carrots and potatoes, cut into small pieces.
Step 3 - Add half the white cabbage, cut into large pieces, and cover with water. Season with salt and pepper and add the stock cube.
Step 4 - Bring to the boil and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5 - Serve hot!
