Steak with mushroom sauce


Ingredients


extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp

Angus beef flank steak

500 g

salt

butter

1 tbsp

shallot

1 unit (50 g)

garlic

2 cloves

Marron mushroom

300 g

Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp

mustard

1 tbsp

cream

1 pack (200 ml)

pepper

1 tbsp

fresh rosemary

1 tbsp




Preparation


Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and when it is very hot, cook the steaks for 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with half the salt. Set aside.

Step 2

Add the butter to the frying pan, as well as the chopped shallot and garlic. Let cook for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the sliced ​​mushrooms, mix and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

Step 4

Meanwhile, mix the Worcestershire sauce with the mustard and cream in a bowl, season with the remaining salt and pepper.
