 Quick steaks with tomato rice Recipe


Ingredients


4 steaks (you can use chicken, turkey, beef, pork, whatever you like)

1/2 packet of onion soup

Olive oil to taste

For the rice:

1 cup of Carolina rice

2 and a half cups of water

1 onion (small)

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 can of tomatoes (chopped)

Olive oil to taste

Salt to taste





Preparation


For the steaks:

Place the steaks in a baking dish, season with the onion soup and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the oven at 150ºC for about 20 to 30 minutes.

For the rice:

Sauté the finely chopped onion and the finely chopped garlic in the olive oil, add the rice and leave for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Add the tomato and stir a little more. Season with salt. Add the water and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
