Ice cream cake Recipe
Ingredients
Mango sorbet
1 pack (500 g)
Fresh cream ice cream
1 pack (500 g)
Strawberry sorbet ice cream 52% fruit Delicacies
1 pack (500 g)
Mango
300 g
Strawberry
100 g
Passion fruit
120 g
Shredded coconut
2 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Remove the ice creams from the freezer so that they can be molded.
Step 2
Next, in a round springform pan, first place the mango sorbet and spread it well. On top, place the cream ice cream and finally the strawberry sorbet.
Step 3
Place in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours.
Step 4
Peel and cut the mango into slices, chop half of the strawberries and cut the rest in half. Remove the pulp from the passion fruit.
Step 5
Before serving, unmold the ice cream and decorate as desired with mango, strawberries and passion fruit pulp. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
