Banana Croquettes


ingredients


4 medium bananas

flour

2 eggs

breadcrumbs

oil or Vaqueiro margarine





Preparation


Peel the bananas, cut them into 4 cm long pieces and coat them in flour. Then dip them in beaten eggs, roll them in breadcrumbs, fry in very hot Vaqueiro oil or, if you prefer, in margarine.

Vaqueiro, until they are golden brown and let them drain for a few minutes on absorbent paper.
