Baked Garlic Bread Recipe
ingredients
4 French breads or 1 baguette
2 crushed garlic cloves
4 tablespoons margarine
1 dessert spoon of oregano (or basil/parsley)
Grated cheese
Salt to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the margarine, garlic, oregano and salt.
Cut the breads into vertical slices, but not all the way through, so that they are interconnected.
Spread the cream between the slices and a little on top as well, wrap the breads individually in aluminum foil and bake for 8 minutes.
Unwrap the breads, sprinkle a little grated cheese on top and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes.
