Tip for tender octopus
To cook the octopus quickly and make it tender and soft, after washing it, hit the tentacles with a kitchen hammer until they feel soft and broken.
You can also choose to blanch the octopus for a few seconds in boiling water. Repeat the process two to three times.
To prevent the octopus from becoming too tough, do not add salt while cooking the octopus; season it only after it is ready. This ensures that the octopus is not tough, but rather very tender!
