 Rice Pudding with Chocolate and Condensed Milk Recipe


Ingredients


1 can of Condensed Milk

100 g of Dark Chocolate

100 g of rice

25 g of butter

1 lemon

1 cinnamon stick

brandy to taste (optional)





Preparation


Heat the Condensed Milk with 1L of water, lemon peel and cinnamon.

When it starts to boil, add the rice and cook for 5 minutes, remove from the heat and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Add the butter and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add a little brandy and cook for another 10 minutes (it should be like a thin cream).

Melt the broken 53% Dark Chocolate in a bain-marie with 3 tablespoons of water.

Add to the rice and mix well. Pour into a flat dish and let it cool.
