 Pizza Dough


Ingredients


500 g plain flour + flour for dusting

25 g fresh baker's yeast

1 pinch of sugar

Salt to taste

30 g olive oil

200 g water

1 egg

1 egg white





Preparation


1.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Put the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and mix for 15 seconds at speed 5. Using a spatula, scrape down any lumps that have accumulated on the sides of the bowl, mix the ingredients and set for another 10 seconds at speed 6.

Add the olive oil, water, whole egg and egg white, mix all the ingredients with the spatula until they reach the bottom of the bowl and set the Knead function for 2 minutes.


4.

Put the dough in a bowl, cover it with a cloth and leave to rise for 1 hour.


5.

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a flat surface sprinkled with flour and make the pizza with the ingredients of your choice.


6.

Put the pizza in the oven, preheated to 200 °C, for about 20-25 minutes.
