Oven-roasted chestnuts Recipe
Ingredients
1 kg of chestnuts
Coarse salt to taste
Fresh rosemary to taste
Preparation
1.
Start by washing the chestnuts very well.
2.
Using a knife, make a shallow cut on each chestnut.
3.
Then, place the chestnuts in a bowl and cover them with water.
4.
Add coarse salt and let stand for 20 minutes.
5.
Now place the chestnuts on a baking tray, avoiding overlapping them and sprinkling with coarse salt.
6.
Place the baking tray in the oven, preheated to 200ºC, and roast the chestnuts for 40 minutes.
7.
After this time, remove from the oven and season with fresh rosemary.
8.
Cover with a cloth for 10 minutes. Serve.
