 Orange and almond cake recipe


Ingredients


125 g butter

125 g white sugar

180 g ground almonds

125 g flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

4 XL eggs

Juice and zest of 1 large orange

30 g poppy seeds


Preparation


Place the butter and sugar in the mixer until creamy, then add the eggs one at a time and beat very well, then add the almonds, poppy seeds, juice and zest and beat again very well.

Finally, sift the flour and beat again.

Grease the baking tin with butter and flour or with a vegetable oil if you prefer, and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180ΒΊ.
