Spaghetti Neapolitan Recipe
Ingredients
400 g spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 jar tomato sauce for pasta
1 cup chopped olives
parmesan cheese to taste (optional)
olive oil to taste
Preparation
1.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain and reserve a little of the cooking water.

In a frying pan, sauté the chopped garlic cloves in olive oil. Add the onion cut into half-moons, cook for 2 minutes and add the tomato sauce. Mix well, cook for another 4 minutes and add the chopped olives and basil. Leave to simmer over low heat.
3.
Serve this sauce with the spaghetti, more basil leaves and shaved parmesan cheese.
