Ham and Fresh Spinach Omelette Recipe


Ingredients


4 tsp MAGGI Sauce


8 eggs

120 g diced ham

80 g fresh spinach

200 g chives

5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil





Preparation


Chop the chives.

In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and then fry the diced ham for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Beat the 2 eggs together with the MAGGI Sauce. Add a tsp of chives and mix everything together.

In a non-stick frying pan, heat a tbsp olive oil. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for a few seconds. Add some of the ham and spinach and fold the omelette in half, filling it.

Prepare three more omelettes in the same way and serve hot!
