Garlic Prawn Recipe
Ingredients
800 g of prawns
160 ml of white wine
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 lemon (juice)
1 chilli pepper (or chilli pepper)
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh coriander to taste
Preparation
1.
Let the prawns defrost and peel them, removing only the head and part of the body, and leaving only the tip of the tail.

Season the prawns with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the juice of 1/2 lemon.
3.
Slice the garlic cloves and set aside.
4.
Heat a frying pan with a dash of olive oil. Let it heat up and add the sliced garlic.
5.
Let it brown a little and add the prawns.
6.
Let it cook for a few minutes, until the shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
7.
Add the chili pepper, white wine and chopped coriander to taste.
8.
Let it cook for a few more minutes and serve with some slices of bread.
