Garlic Bread Recipe
Ingredients
60 ml olive oil
6 crushed garlic cloves
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 loaf of bread cut in half
chopped chives to taste
1 loaf of mozzarella cheese in pieces
Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation

Mix the olive oil with the garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Place the bread cut in half lengthwise on a baking tray. Spread the olive oil and garlic mixture over the bread and sprinkle with chopped chives. Arrange the mozzarella cheese in pieces and the grated parmesan cheese and bake at 180ºC for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the garlic bread immediately and sprinkle with more chopped chives before slicing.
