Delicious Turkey Roll Recipe
Ingredients
500 g turkey escalopes
Cheese slices to taste
Ham slices to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon paprika paste
100 ml white wine
Olive oil to taste
500 to 800 ml beef stock
Spinach to taste
Parmesan shavings to taste
Preparation

Arrange the turkey escalopes and place them on a cutting board, partially overlapping, to form a rectangle. Arrange the cheese slices on top and then the ham slices, roll up and tie with kitchen string. Then place the roll on a baking tray.

Season with the crushed garlic cloves, paprika paste, white wine, salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a saucepan, boil the water with the beef stock, pour over the turkey roll, add olive oil and bake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes until golden, basting occasionally with the sauce from the tray.

Remove from the oven, cut the kitchen string, cut into slices and serve on a bed of spinach leaves. Garnish with parmesan shavings and a drizzle of olive oil.
