Delicious Stewed Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
500 g chicken fillets
300 g spaghetti
150 g tomato pulp
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
100 ml white wine
2 l chicken stock
1 tbsp paprika paste
Olive oil to taste
Fresh chopped oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation

Season the chicken with salt and pepper, add the paprika paste and white wine and let it rest in the fridge for about 15 minutes.

Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté the onion and the coarsely chopped garlic cloves until the onion becomes transparent. Add the drained chicken (reserve the marinade) and let it brown. Add the tomato pulp and marinade and let it cook until the chicken is well stewed.

Next, pour in the hot chicken stock, season with chopped fresh oregano and bring to the boil. Then add the spaghetti and cook until al dente. Serve the stewed chicken immediately.
