Ingredients


Opened sardines (fillets)

Salt, pepper and lemon juice

Flour, oil for frying





Preparation


Season the sardine fillets with salt, pepper and sprinkle with plenty of lemon juice, leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.


When frying, coat the fillets in flour and fry them in hot oil.
