Delicious Recipe for Salmon Skewers with Lemon
Ingredients
3 tbsp MAGGI Sauce
600 g salmon fillets (without skin and bones)
3 lemons
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 slice of fresh ginger (optional)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 clove of garlic
Preparation of Salmon Skewers with Lemon
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and then mix with the ginger, garlic (chopped), olive oil, sugar, sesame seeds and MAGGI sauce
Wash the remaining lemons and cut them into very thin slices.
Cut the salmon into cubes of the same size and then prepare the skewers with the salmon and the thin lemon slices alternately.
Drizzle the kebabs with the mixture prepared earlier and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, turning them over after the first 15 minutes.
In a preheated grill pan, cook the kebabs for 4-5 minutes, then baste them with the marinade again.
Serve hot. As a suggestion, serve with sautéed vegetables and white rice.
