Delicious Pudding with Red Fruits Recipe
Ingredients
1 bar of 53% Dark Chocolate
190 g of Condensed Milk
2 packs of Cream
100 g of raspberries
50 g of butter
100 g of raspberries
Preparation
Put the chocolate in the glass and set 4 sec/speed
Add the remaining ingredients to the glass and set 5 min/50°C/speed 3 1/
Pour into a silicone pudding mold and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
Unmold when completely cold. Decorate with red fruits.
Tip: Make the mixture the day before to obtain the desired consistency.
