 Delicious Peanut Butter Ice Cream


Ingredients


480 ml whipping cream

250 g peanut butter

1 can condensed milk

50 g unsalted roasted peanuts

Belgian biscuits to taste

Dark chocolate to taste




Preparation


1.

In a bowl, beat the cold cream until stiff.


2.

In another bowl, beat the peanut butter and condensed milk.


3.

Add the cream and mix.


4.

Add the coarsely chopped peanuts (reserve some) and mix.


5.

Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with cling film, so that it is about 1.5 cm high, and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.


6.

Remove from the refrigerator and use a pastry cutter to cut out discs that are slightly smaller than the biscuits.


7.

Place each disc between 2 biscuits and store in the freezer.


8.

Melt chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.


9.

Remove the ice cream “sandwiches” from the freezer, dip them in chocolate and sprinkle with the reserved peanuts.


10.

Place in the freezer for about 5 minutes and serve immediately.
