Delicious Octopus Recipe in Red Wine
This octopus recipe is simple to prepare and the result is a tender and tasty dish, with a surprising touch of red wine. Try it.
Ingredients
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil to taste
2 bay leaves
125 g chorizo sausage
80 g bacon
1 kg of cooked octopus tentacles
1 cup of diced tomatoes
salt to taste
500 ml of red wine
parsley to taste
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, sauté the chopped onion and the finely chopped garlic cloves in a drizzle of olive oil.

Add the bay leaf and cook until the onion is very tender.

Add the chorizo sausage cut into slices and the bacon cut into thin slices.
4.
Fry until the chorizo sausage starts to brown.
5.
Add the octopus and tomato and season with salt.
6.
Lower the heat and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
7.
Finally, add the red wine and cook covered, over low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes.
8.
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
