Delicious Coconut Pudding Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Caramel:
70 g sugar
a little water
Pudding:
200 ml condensed milk
200 ml coconut milk
4 eggs
50 g shredded coconut
Step 1: The caramel
In a pan, place the sugar and a little water. Leave on medium heat until the caramel forms. Pour/pour immediately into the pudding mold (microwave-safe).
Our mold measures: 14x22 cm
Step 2: Preparation
Pudding: in a bowl, mix the coconut milk, condensed milk, eggs and shredded coconut.
Pour/pour over the mold (where the caramel is).
Step 3: Cooking
Bake in the microwave for 8 minutes at maximum power. Check the doneness (cooking) with a wooden toothpick. If it comes out clean, it is ready. If not, continue cooking.
Remove and let cool completely before unmolding. It's ready!
