 Delicious Chocolate and Banana Cake Recipe


Ingredients


3 ripe bananas

3 eggs

80g melted butter

250g wheat flour

140g sugar

100g dark chocolate

50 ml milk

2 tsp baking powder (1 sachet)

1 pinch of salt





Preparation


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mash the bananas with a fork and set aside.

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder and salt). In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light. Add the milk and melted butter. Mix.

Combine the two mixtures (dry and liquid). Mix until smooth. Then add the bananas. Mix again.

Take a chocolate bar and break it coarsely. Add them to the batter and mix.

Pour into the greased and floured pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC. Always do the toothpick test. Enjoy your meal!!
