Delicious Chicken Soup
Ingredients
500 g chicken (with bone)
100 g onion
100 g carrot
1 celery stalk
Salt to taste
800 g water
50 g couscous pasta
2 mint leaves
Preparation

Cut the chicken into pieces and place it in the bowl, along with the onion, carrot and celery cut in half. Add the salt and water and set for 23 minutes, at 100 °C, Reverse Rotation at speed 2.

Remove the chicken and vegetables.

Add the pasta and mint leaves and cook for the time indicated on the pasta packaging (about 10 minutes), at 100°C, Reverse Rotation at speed 2.
4.
Shred the chicken, removing the skin and bones, and cut the carrot into cubes. When the time is up, add them to the soup.
