Delicious Chestnut Soup


Ingredients


Olive oil to taste


1 sliced ​​onion

1 bay leaf

400 g frozen chestnuts

1 vegetable stock cube

Boiling water to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

200 ml cooking cream





Preparation

In a saucepan, add a dash of olive oil and the sliced ​​onion and bay leaf. Let it sauté for a few moments.

Add the frozen chestnuts and 1 vegetable stock cube. Season with salt and pepper and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove from the heat and blend well with a hand blender. Gradually add the cooking cream and blend until you get a creamy consistency.


4.

Serve the chestnut soup and garnish with cooking cream and pepper.
