Delicious Black Bean Burger


Ingredients


260 g black beans

185 g breadcrumbs

100 g feta cheese

1 small onion

3 cloves garlic

1/2 medium red pepper

2 eggs, grade S

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp curry powder

2 tbsp ketchup sauce

Olive oil to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Watercress to taste

Edam cheese to taste

Ketchup to taste

Smashed avocado to taste

4 hamburger buns





Preparation


1.

Place the sliced ​​onion, sliced ​​garlic cloves, drained black beans, sliced ​​pepper, breadcrumbs, crumbled feta cheese and eggs in a food processor.

Season with salt and pepper, cumin, curry powder and ketchup sauce.

Mix well until you get a smooth and compact mixture.


4.

Using an ice cream scoop, divide and arrange the burgers on a baking tray. Shape them with a spoon or with your hands.


5.

Brush with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through.


6.

Arrange the slices of bread on the plate and drizzle with olive oil. Place the watercress leaves first, followed by the bean burger, a slice of edam cheese, the ketchup sauce, the mashed avocado and cover with the other half of the bread.
