Delicious Avocado, Tomato and Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 slices of whole grain bread
2 avocados
olive oil to taste
2 tomatoes
2 boiled eggs
Preparation
1.
Remove the skin and pit from the avocados and mash them with a fork. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil.
2.
Spread two slices of bread with the avocado, top with tomato slices, season with salt and pepper and finish with the grated eggs. Cover with another slice of bread and wrap in aluminum foil until ready to serve.
