 Cream of Vegetable Soup Recipe


Ingredients


1 packet of Cream of Vegetable Soup

1 can of pre-cooked chickpeas

1 cup of pre-cooked lentils (orange)

0 fresh baby spinach leaves to taste

0 grated cheese to taste

2 slices of toasted bread per person





Preparation

Dissolve the contents of the sachet of Cream of Vegetable Soup in 1L of cold water. Stir well and bring to a boil. As soon as it starts to boil, add the chickpeas and lentils and continue cooking over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finally, add the washed spinach and cook for another minute.

Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste. If desired, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Serve with a slice of toasted bread! Enjoy!
