Christmas Dreams Delight

Ingredients

3 dl milk;

1.5 dl oil;

1 lemon peel;

A pinch of fine salt;

250 g flour;

6 large whole eggs;

Oil for frying;

Icing sugar for sprinkling

Preparation

Boil the milk with the oil, lemon peel and salt.

Add the flour all at once and, with a wooden spoon, mix until the dough comes away from the bowl.

After it has cooled, add the whole eggs, one by one. Stir well. In the frying pan, with the oil already hot, place spoonfuls of dough, frying on both sides.

Remove and drain.

Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar.
