Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
175 g chocolate
40 g cornstarch
75 g white sugar
Salt, to taste
360 ml cream
360 ml milk
Oreo cocoa cookies, to taste
Preparation

Finely chop the chocolate and set aside.

In a saucepan, add the cornstarch, sugar, salt, cream and milk and stir well. Stir constantly until thickened.

Once it has a slightly thicker consistency, add the chopped chocolate. Mix well and let it thicken a little more.
4.
Remove from the heat. Pour the mixture into a bowl and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for a few hours (preferably overnight).
5.
Once the pudding has reached the ideal consistency, divide it into glasses or cups, then crumble Oreo cookies on top.
