Cheese Soufflé Recipe


Ingredients


40 g unsalted butter

40 g wheat flour

300 ml oat milk

4 eggs

Nutmeg to taste

Salt to taste

100 g grated mozzarella cheese

100 g grated parmesan cheese





Preparation


1.

Start by greasing 4 ramekins (or small porcelain bowls) with melted butter and sprinkle a little grated parmesan cheese.

In a pan, start by melting the butter and add the flour, stirring very well.

Next, add the oat milk and stir well until it starts to gain consistency. About 5 minutes. After this time, turn off the heat.

Season to taste with salt and nutmeg and let cool for a few minutes.

Add the egg yolks and cheeses and mix well.


6.

In the meantime, beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the mixture with a spatula.


7.

Pour the mixture into the previously prepared ramekins and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes or until they rise and turn golden.
