Vegan Chili Recipe
Ingredients
120 g of fine granulated soybeans
Water to taste
100 g of onion
2 cloves of garlic
100 g of red pepper
15 g of coriander
30 g of olive oil
350 g of chopped tomatoes (from a can) or very ripe tomatoes
150 g of water
300 g of cooked black beans
140 g of sweet corn
1 tsp of ground cumin
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation

In a separate container, place the fine soybeans (granulated) and cover them with water, soaking them for about 10 minutes. Set aside.

Place the chopped onion, garlic cloves, chopped pepper, coriander and olive oil in the bowl and press the Crush function.

Using the spatula, scrape down the residue that has accumulated on the sides of the bowl. Program 7 minutes at 120ºC on speed 2.

Add the chopped tomatoes. Drain the soybeans well and add them to the glass, along with 150 g of water. Season with cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Program 15 minutes at 100ºC on speed 2 with reverse rotation.
5.
Add the black beans and corn and mix with the spatula. Serve hot with tacos or cooked spaghetti.
