Three-Cheese Frittata Recipe


Ingredients

1 chopped onion

1 sliced ​​goat cheese

1 mozzarella cheese

6 eggs

100 ml cream

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Olive oil to taste

Grated Edam cheese to taste

Basil to taste





Preparation


1.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cream. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Sauté the chopped onion with a dash of olive oil in an oven-safe frying pan. Once translucent, add the beaten eggs, arrange the cheeses on top and cook for 5 minutes.


3.Bake in the oven at 200ºC for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.

Remove from the oven, garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
