Steamed Mussels with Coriander Recipe
Ingredients
2 kg of mussels
Bay leaves
Garlic
Chilli
Lemon
Coriander
Preparation
Clean the mussels thoroughly, removing the beards and discarding any that are broken.
Place the mussels in a pan, add chilli to taste, two bay leaves, five cloves of garlic and bring to the boil.
Stir the mussels until they start to open.
When they start to turn orange, add the chopped coriander.
Stir well and turn off the heat.
Finally, season with lemon juice.
The mussels are cooked in their own water.
