 Simple, Easy and Delicious Baked Sea Bream


Ingredients


1 sea bream from the Algarve Coast

2 cloves of garlic

Olive oil to taste

1 red onion

2 tomatoes

12 cherry tomatoes

1 cucumber

Oregano to taste

½ cup cider vinegar

½ cup olive oil

3 tablespoons water

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste





Preparation


1.

Start by cleaning the sea bream and seasoning it with 2 cloves of garlic, salt and a dash of olive oil. Bake in a baking tray at 180ºC for 25 minutes.

While the sea bream is baking in the oven, prepare the salad with vinaigrette dressing. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar and water and whisk well until emulsified.

Add the red onion, chopped tomato, cucumber and season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Serve the oven-baked sea bream with the salad and vinaigrette dressing and finish with lime juice and chopped chives.
