Melon and Ham Skewers Recipe
Ingredients
extra virgin olive oil
5 tbsp
fresh basil
1 tbsp
fresh mint
1 tbsp
cucumber
1 unit (200 g)
salt
1 tsp
selected green melon
½ unit
mini Mozzarella
2 packs (300 g)
ham
200 g
ground pepper
to taste
wooden skewers
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, blend the olive oil with a few herbs to obtain a thick sauce. Set aside.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber into slices and then in half. Season with salt. Using a spoon, make melon balls. Set aside.
Step 3
Drain the mozzarella cheese. Step 4
To make the kebabs, place a mozzarella cheese wrapped in a basil leaf, a little ham, a slice of cucumber and a melon ball on the skewers. Repeat the process on the same kebab once more.
Step 5
Repeat the process for the remaining kebabs.
Step 6
Before serving, season with the olive oil and herb sauce and freshly ground pepper.
