Linguine and Mushroom Delight
Ingredients
1 drizzle of olive oil
2 cloves of sliced garlic
100 g sliced mushrooms
250 g cooked linguine
Chopped coriander to taste
100 ml soy cream
Roquefort cheese to taste
Chopped basil to taste
Preparation

Previously cook the pasta in plenty of water for seven minutes and when it is cooked, remove it from the cooking water, rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking and set the linguine aside.

In a heated frying pan, add the olive oil and chopped garlic, then slice the mushrooms and add them to the sautéed mixture, followed by the linguine and chopped fresh coriander. Let it sauté.

Then add the crumbled Roquefort cheese on top of everything, the cream, and cover the frying pan with a lid to melt the cheese. When the Roquefort (you can also use blue cheese or gorgonzola) has melted, sprinkle everything with fresh chopped basil leaves and serve. Use whole fresh basil leaves as decoration.
