Easy and delicious Carrot Rice
Ingredients
250 g of long grain rice
700 g of water
150 g of onion
160 g of carrot
1 clove of garlic
85 g of olive oil
Salt to taste
Preparation

Place the onion, the chopped carrot, the garlic clove and the olive oil in the bowl and press the Crush function. Using the spatula, remove the pieces that have accumulated on the sides of the bowl.

Then, set the steamer for 7 minutes at 120ºC, speed 2. Remove and set aside.

Pour in the water and salt. Place the rice in the basket and insert the basket into the bowl. Pour the sautéed mixture over the rice and mix it with the spatula.

Set the steamer for 25 minutes. During cooking, stir once or twice with the spatula (through the hole in the lid) to loosen the rice from the bottom of the basket and allow it to cook evenly (being careful not to burn yourself with the steam).
5.
Remove the basket with the help of the spatula and serve.
