 Delicious Yogurt Cake


Ingredients


120 g wheat flour

180 g white sugar

1 tsp baking powder

3 eggs

55 g melted butter

125 g natural yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Grated coconut to taste





Preparation


1.

In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and baking powder and set aside.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the melted butter, yogurt and vanilla extract and mix well.


3.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.


4.

Grease a round pan that fits in the oil-free fryer, pour the cake batter into it and fry at 180ºC for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (if necessary, cover with baking paper if the cake starts to burn).


5.

Remove the pan from the basket and let it cool before unmolding.


6.

Serve fluffy yogurt cake and sprinkle with grated coconut.
