Delicious Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
100g fresh strawberries
600g frozen strawberries
3 tbsp agave syrup
125g light natural Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Mint to taste
Preparation

Start by cutting the strawberries into small pieces and set aside.

In a food processor, place the frozen strawberries, syrup, and yogurt and blend until creamy. Add the lemon juice and blend again for a few seconds.
(If you prefer a version without added sugar, add banana instead of agave syrup)
3.
Transfer to a container, smooth with a spatula and add the chopped strawberries. Mix well and smooth the surface again. Place in the freezer until solid.
4.
Using a spoon, serve in small balls in small glasses and decorate with mint leaves.
