Delicious Recipe for Squid and Octopus with Bacon and Pineapple
Ingredients
large octopus

garlic

bay leaf

small new potatoes with skin

pineapple
400 g
sliced bacon
80 g
small fresh squid
4 units
chives

olive oil
0.5 dl
parsley
1 tbsp
black olives

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the octopus in plenty of water with a clove of garlic and a bay leaf for about 35 minutes.
Step 2
Remove, let cool slightly and cut into pieces. Set aside.
Step 3
Wash the potatoes well and cook them in salted water until soft.
Step 4
Cut the pineapple into two slices, remove the skins and wrap the bacon slices around the center. Set aside.
Step 5
Grill the squid and octopus pieces.
Step 6
Remove and place the pineapple with the bacon and spring onions on the grill.
Step 7
Place a stoneware dish on top of the grill and arrange the lightly mashed potatoes.
Step 8
Add the spring onions, octopus and grilled squid, sprinkle with the remaining chopped garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 9
Let it boil a little and garnish with chopped parsley and olives.
Step 10
Serve with the grilled pineapple.
