Delicious Recipe for Chicken Breast with Vegetables in Foil
Ingredients
1 Chicken Broth
1.2 kg of chicken breast
200 g of green asparagus
180 g of red peppers
100 g of cherry tomatoes
200 g of pumpkin
80 g of tomato sauce
1 lemon
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 pinch of paprika
pepper to taste
Preparation
To prepare the marinade: Mix the chicken broth, tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika and pepper very well.
Cut the pumpkin and red peppers into cubes. Remove the hard parts from the base of the asparagus. In a container, add the chicken breast, vegetables and the marinade prepared previously. Mix everything very well so that it is well coated.
Distribute the chicken breasts and vegetables between 4 sheets of aluminum foil or butter, close them and seal the edges very well.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Serve hot.
