Delicious Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
800 g of shrimp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
5 cloves of garlic
Olive oil to taste
Piri piri chili pepper to taste
120 ml of white wine
Chopped coriander to taste
Preparation
1.
Let the shrimp defrost a little and then peel them, removing only the head and part of the body, leaving only the tip of the tail.

Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the juice of 1/2 lemon.
3.
Heat a frying pan with the olive oil, let it heat up, add the sliced garlic and let it brown a little. Add the shrimp and let them cook until they turn pink, stirring occasionally.
4.
Add a chili pepper, white wine and cook for a few more minutes.
5.
Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander and accompanied by slices of bread.
