Delicious Fish Soup
Ingredients
2 tbsp coconut oil
½ onion
2 cloves garlic
300 g shrimp meat
150 g frozen shellfish cocktail from Continente
Salt to taste
2 tbsp butter
1 l fish stock
½ cup cream
4 cups spinach leaves
Chives to taste
Preparation
1.
Melt the coconut oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic, all finely chopped, until tender.

Add the shrimp and shellfish cocktail and cook for about 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the butter and cook for another 2 minutes.
3.
Add the fish stock and cream and bring to the boil.
4.
Then add the spinach and cook until tender.
5.
Serve the fish soup with chopped chives.
