Delicious Coconut Milk Cream Recipe
Ingredients
500 ml coconut milk
1 cinnamon stick
1 lime peel
3 egg yolks
120 g white sugar
200 ml cold coconut milk
20 g cornstarch
Coconut flakes to taste
Preparation

Bring the coconut milk to a boil with the lime peel and cinnamon stick. Separately, beat the egg yolks and sugar with a little cold coconut milk and the cornstarch. Pour the boiling milk over the mixture, stir well and bring to the boil until thickened.

Remove from the heat and pour into glasses. Refrigerate for a few hours.

Serve very cold. You can serve it with coconut flakes.
