Delicious Carrot Balls
Ingredients
1 cup Medjool dates
½ cup grated carrots
½ cup hazelnuts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
⅓ cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
salt to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
cocoa powder to taste
toasted sesame seeds to taste
grated coconut to taste
Preparation
1.
• Place all ingredients except cocoa and sesame seeds in a food processor.

• Blend until you obtain a smooth, moldable paste.

• Form balls with your hands, like brigadeiro, and roll them in cocoa powder, sesame seeds and shredded coconut.
