Christmas Brigadeiros Recipe
Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
50 g of butter
45 g of NESQUIK
100 g of biscuits
FOR DECORATION:
40 g of white chocolate to taste
food colouring to taste
chocolate pearls or chips to taste
Preparation
In a pan, place the condensed milk, butter and NESQUIK. Cook over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and add the biscuits, previously crushed.
Set aside on a plate greased with butter and leave to cool.
With your hands greased with a little butter, make small balls and cover/decorate with crushed biscuits. Leave to cool.
For decoration: Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Add the food coloring and mix well. Pour the melted chocolate into a piping bag.
Arrange some sticks on a sheet of baking paper. Draw a Christmas tree on top of each stick with the melted chocolate. Decorate each Christmas tree as desired with SMARTIES, pearls or chocolate chips.
Store the Christmas trees in the refrigerator until they solidify.
Stick the Christmas trees in the brigadeiros.
